Maintenance and care: Soltex cushions
How to choose the right cushion fabric for the Costa Blanca, and how to keep it looking good for years.
Who are Soltex cushions for?
Soltex is ideal for those who spend a lot of time outdoors in spring and summer, and don't mind putting cushions away during bad weather. These cushions can comfortably stay outside from March through October. If you love spending time outdoors, enjoy a soft, luxurious look and want your garden to always feel well-dressed, Soltex is an excellent choice.
- Outdoor enthusiasts who value both comfort and appearance
- Families looking for practical cushions without compromising on style
- Anyone who can and is willing to store the cushions during autumn and winter
Do you live in a wooded area? Keep in mind that Soltex is slightly less easy to clean than all-weather fabric. A little extra care goes a long way – and we are happy to help with that.
Features of Soltex cushions
Want the comfort of textile with the durability of synthetic materials? Soltex is a high-quality blend of strong polyester yarn and soft olefin fibres, for a natural look and comfortable seating. The fabric is tightly woven, water-permeable, low-maintenance and resistant to dirt, mould and fading.
Although Soltex is lightly water-permeable, it holds up surprisingly well in rain showers. Thanks to its dense structure, the cushions dry at a steady, natural pace.
Has your cushion gotten wet? Gently press it and stand it on its side. The water drains out and it dries faster.
