Kamado Sumo Flexible Grill System Maxi/Midi

With the flexible grill system you can set up your kamado in four configurations. For direct grilling you can use high and low heat at the same time on two levels. For indirect cooking, the deflector plates stop the direct heat of the charcoal, so your Kamado Sumo works like an oven. Keep the lid closed, even when grilling directly: the meat stays juicy and the charcoal burns more efficiently.
